Q:What is the Warranty for the plating color of case and strap?
A: For the PVD plating, if your price based on PVD plating, we have 2 years warranty, if any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
For normal plating, or water plating, we have 6 months warranty, if any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q:What is your best price for this watch, or we want to make a new style with own design?
A:The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package. So when you inquiry, why not show the details and needs more clearly for the better feedback. We could offer different price base on the material, for example, if you choose chinese movement, japanese movement, swiss movement, the price is very different. For the new mold case design, the MOQ will be 500 pcs, could mix color. We will confirm the design for you with 2D and 3D drawing. After confirm all of the detail, and you pay the case mold fee, we will start to make a new mold for the case, so the sample watch will need more time, in usual the sample only need 40 days, if we make a new mold to make the case, it will cost 50 days for all the sample.
Q: How to pay the sample and bulk order?
A: T/T,Western Union, Alipay, Paypal, Moneygram,etc, are OK. For the sample, you need to pay 100% before production. For the bulk, we charge 30% of the order before product, and 70% balance before shipping, offer photo before payment.
Q: Can we mark our own logo on the watch?
A:Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle, depending on customers’needs. And we could offer drawing of your watch before product.
