A5: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door
What is the Warranty for the movement?
For the movement, we use japan original or swiss original movement,we have 2 years warranty. For battery, we use japan original or swiss original battery, If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 300 PCS per model. If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that. But you could mix different case color in each order, for example, you could order silver/gold/rose gold/gunblack/black case.
Do you offer sample?
Yes, we could offer you stock sample or customized sample. but our client need to pay sample fee, and it could reduce in bulk order over 2000pcs.
Can we mark our own logo on the watch?
Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle, depending on customers’ needs. In usual, our customer will show us their design and idea, then we will discuss the detail, and offer our suggestions. Then we would offer sketch before sample and bulk. After you get the sample, you could order a big order on the same or higher quality.
