Warranty term: 2 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal) and the watchband. Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please send email to us.In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail and mail.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

1. What is your best price for this watch?
The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package.So when you inquiry, why not show the details and needs more clearly for the better feedback.
2. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 100 PCS per model per color.If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.
3. What's the delivery time?
For products in stock, the lead time is 3-7 days once details confirmed.For customized order, quantity within 3000pcs,production time is 40-60 days after confirm details.Above 3000 PCS, please contact us directly.
4. To what depth are your watches water resistant?
Our watches are water resistant from 30,50,100,120,150,200 to 300 meters, depending on the type of watch.Please understand that watches'water resistance cannot be permanently guaranteed. It may notably be affected by the ageing of gaskets or by an accidental shock to the case.
